All orders on a Pre Order will be dispatched as soon as the exclusivity period ends or the stock becomes available. All NEW Tonic Dies on a Pre Order are received before the end of the exclusivity period. These are then dispatched on the previous working day from when the exclusivity period ends.
Our Standard delivery service to all UK postcodes is free on orders over £25. This includes all customers in Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands. This is using either Royal Mail 48 / 2nd Class.
Our Priority delivery service (1 – 3 days) is an additional cost. This includes all customers in Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands. This is using either Royal Mail 24 / 1st Class. Please note, these orders are not prioritised in how they are sent, they are just sent using a priority service.
Orders are sent tracked only on high value orders, normally over £100.
If your order is urgent, please reply to your order confirmation or send us a message, so we can prioritise.
Most orders are prepared and dispatched normally within 24 hours, but at busy times sometime this can be up to 3 working days. Our standard delivery time is 1 - 5 days although this cannot be guaranteed.
Some heavier items such as glass mats, magnetic folders, refills and Tim Holtz Tools may carry an additional surcharge.
PLEASE NOTE FROM 25th AUGUST TO THE 29th AUGUST WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR A STOCKTAKE SO NO ORDERS WILL BE DISPATCHED. ORDERS THAT ARE Royal Mail 24 WILL BE PRIORITISED.
Tracked Postage and Packaging will be charged on all overseas orders at the following rates
Europe from £11.15 under £80
USA from £12.50 under £80.00
Rest of the World from £16.50 under £80.00

Upon receipt, a refund will be given. Faulty/Damaged items, please send a photo within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery, with your order ID.
