WOW! Special Colour Powders

These Colour Blends are made on an opaque base with a mixture of other colours and thus gives a very strong finished colour. This powder is smooth flowing with a lovely glossy depth.

Each image will come out slightly different to the last due to the composition of the powder!

The second image shows the finished effect after heat setting.
